School facilities: Upgrade facilities to meet the needs of current and future students
Daycare center: Adding daycare options at Highland to support families and Windom’s workforce
Community amenities: Build a city-owned community pool (potential location on school grounds to save costs by sharing a playground and parking lots) and improve walking and biking trails
Business development: Supporting local businesses and attracting new opportunities
