If you are interested in participating in Athletics or Activities and are a Foreign Exchange Student, or you will be starting in Windom as a new student after the first day of 9th, 10th, 11th or 12th grade please click the link below and fill out the information.

Physicals are good for 3 years! Generally student/athletes will have this done in 7th grade and then again in 10th grade.

CONCUSSION BASELINE TESTING

Anyone participating in activities at Windom Area Schools must have a concussion baseline test on file. Mr. Nielsen and Mrs. Schaufenbuel administer these tests in Lab 132. A concussion baseline test must be taken every two years to stay current. Mr. Nielsen will be in Computer Lab 132 at the High School to administer these tests on Friday, August 9, 2019 from 8AM to 4PM.

MINNESOTA STATE HIGH SCHOOL LEAGUE ELIGIBILITY

Student/Athletes must read and sign the MSHSL Eligibility paperwork in order to be eligible for activities at Windom Area Schools. This paperwork can now be found on your Infinite Campus Family Access Account. The paperwork can be read through and signed electronically. 

Students are unable to participate in Athletics/Activities until all of these requirements are met. Don't delay your eligibility by not having these steps done.
