Upcoming FAFSA informational opportunities - for students in 10th/11th & 12th grades & their parents.
The series, which runs four Tuesday evenings in October, will focus on applying for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) or the MN Dream Act application.

The decorations are done and we are ready to reveal our 2024 Homecoming King and Queen! Coronation is tomorrow, Saturday September 21st at 7pm in the Gold Gym. Admission is $2 and homecoming buttons will be available for $1.
Also, a huge shout out to some of our amazing student senate members who came in after a long day of school and practice to decorate. We've got the best students at Windom Area Schools!
Our Food Production class had some fun making Apple Swans during their unit on proper knife skills - who says you can't play with your food!! Awesome lesson Miss Lowe!

The FFA Officers invite both FFA members and non-members to the annual BBQ on Monday, September 9 at 7pm at Cottonwood Lake. Freshly grilled burgers and s'mores will be served. Plus there will be a volleyball tournament. Come and join the FUN!

Due to our recent orientation events, we will not be publishing an Eagle Eye update for September 2024. Instead, the picture of the upcoming calendar below lists important events. Of note, school starts for students in grades 5-12 at 8:10 AM Tuesday, September 3rd.

Windom Area MS & HS has updated our electronic device policy. This information is included in the student handbook that was board approved in late July. Middle school rules surrounding electronic devices remains unchanged. HS rules have changed and personal electronic devices are not permitted in class. Students in grades 9-12 may use electronic devices during passing time at lockers and during lunch, but phones must remain in lockers for the remainder of the day and are not allowed in classrooms during class.
Windom Eagle Middle School Students and Parents, are invited to attend Middle School Orientation. 7th & 8th grade, August 27, 5th & 6th grade August 28, 6 PM each evening.
